3.5u jinair -154 avg tonight. Cj hero should beat cure but the remaining mus wre so favourable for jinair. Sos to snipe hero then maru to kill bbyong and hero if sos fails and rogue to snipe byul and i struggle to see chs 4th getting a win often sky could beat rogue maybe. If cure wins map 1 cj is screwed and if hero wins i still think jinair are small favs. I think hero has to get 3 wins or maru has to lose his first match for jinair to lose. Even if he gets two kills if maru kills him in map 3 then its a flip still probably

Predicting a jinair 4-2. Hero wins then sos kills hero then sos is sniped by bbyong or the 4th man for cj to make it 2-1 cj or 2-2 then jinair send out maru to clean up. On the off chance byul beats maru which is cjs best chance rogue is sent to zvz byul for the 4-3 and is a small fav. Cj drew a good match to kill cure but their ace has to play whoever jinair chooses second if he wins then even if he gets 2 kills if maru kills him they need to send byul next to kill maru in order to be in the clear and win from a 3-1 lead

I think cj match up better with skt and kt than with jinair theyre taking a risk firing hero first and if he doesnt get 2 kills they become substantial underdogs

I think the average result is jinair 4-3 but 4-2 will be the most common result due to how i think the matches fall. If cj win itll be 4-1 or 4-2 a lot if hero goes on a run and kills 2-3 then hero or byul kills maru with 0-1 wins but i think maru will rip cj apart with sos getting a key snipe and rogue or trap getting one map if needed too.

If cure upsets hero id say jinair 4-1 but thats not too likely either

Adding 0.25u Rogue +118 vs Byul in map 5, I think Rogue is a small fav here maybe -105 to -110 range. Would have gone harder except I have 3.5u on Jinair so got a lot riding on this game already anyway

3-3 sweats after 3-1 lead but no player id rather have as ace than maru... Finish the job

So brutal, I arbed off half a unit on the last map at +170 but kept the faith in Maru and Byul got the build order win

Disgusting day, lost something like 4u and change pretty sick given i'd say Jinair were 90% to win when it was 3-1, brutal swing and I should have probably arbed off more given it was about an 8u swing in a bo1 for the final map but it's so hard to bet against Maru ever.

I think that rivals watching Anderson Silva get flash KO'd at UFC 162 for the most deflating moment I have ever experienced watching a sporting contest of any sort

Didnt have any bets, but its was sick how Jinair managed to lose that. They got so much value from Rogue getting 3 wins and somehow failed to close it out.

lol randomness I guess, they probably close it out 90% of the time from 3-1 with the players that remain, Byul played great, Maru scanned the natural rather than main and missed the spire, Trap didn't have a great game and Rogue got slightly behind and could never recover despite taking superior engagements. I mean, 90% being up 3-1 with Maru, Rogue and Trap/sOs in the bank isn't 100%, that's how gambling works sadly.

I feel like we can kinda skip to the end of the season when it's SKT/KT/Jinair/CJ as the final four, although LOTV or new players going on a run could change that. MVP have made some roster improvements but Losira and Yonghwa are slowly declining a bit after hitting form so I don't think they quite take the 5th spot and Samsung's roster while deep isn't topheavy enough while Solar is out of form and while Dear is good for a 50%+ winrate he's not on the level of the top four teams aces. Startale and Prime are lost causes at this point obviously although Startale may get 2 wins rather than 0-1 this round poaching Myungsik from Prime and he's close to a 50% winrate player

I didn't had time to watch the series today, too much work, but i was astonished that (24 april)Gummi lost both games to rain same style without trying to change anything .

WCS the 27 April should be nice to get some money back.

WCS Challenger - Europe - Day #1

BO5(from liquipedia)

Snute ZvZ Bly 3-1

Welmu PvZ Ret 60/40
Since the SH nerf, i'm not confortable betting on Zergs, especially ZvT, normaly i would go for Ret (personal fav)

TLO ZvZ Nerchio 60/40 This matchup is rly tight for me, i'm will wait to see both player before the tournament, Nerchio is know for being mentaly succeptible and giving low results when there a lot of pressure, he withdraw 2 days ago from an online tournament organised by Tod/Rotty 2 hours before, he had to play again Huk(caster and players guess that he was too nervous again).

uThermal TvP Lilbow i have no idea about these 2.

Social cause?

I would seriously advise staying away from LOL/Dota2/CS these games are so random and volatile, it's more or less a 50% loose/win, the more secure betting that i did on LOL is at live even on pinnacle. you have top wait for the teams to have at least 2 team fight, to be able to judge the situation( i did some succesfull all-in like that to get back ,the odds are getting lower and lower as more the dominant team goes.)

SC2 is still for me a reliable and stable betting game, and i've made my money back every time on it.

No US betting customers allowed, per LuxBet, which is pretty ironic since the Unikrn TOS also apply Washington State laws as to use of Unikrn website or services ...... a double hit ?

See, per LuxBet at p 10,11 of Unikrn TOS:

"You acknowledge that due to the laws of the following countries, Luxbet cannot allow the
residents of or persons located in those countries to open or operate Luxbet Accounts or to place
wagers, or transact, with Luxbet:

...

United States of America"

Bottom line,

1. no betting allowed there, (LuxBet) for US persons, and perhaps,
2. criminal liabiity under State of Washington laws for anyone from anywhere who does bet ?

I believe that a good argument can be made for legalized prizing on esports contests, between players playing the games and legalized wagering may come in Nevada.

For tiday, I think Unikrn and LuxBet may need to reconsider their set up.

So close to just jumping on the Byul train right now in every one of his upcoming matches, they nerf Zerg and suddenly he starts crushing everyone

Only made a couple bets last week think I went 3-3 or so. Can't wait for Proleague to get back especially with Startale now being Sbenu and having a newish lineup

Decided to get on CJ Hero for the final here vs Dark; his best MU, just 3-0'd Byul (glad I passed on the Byul train there, although its tempting as a dog vs Maru later this wk given he's doing so well vs Maru lately) and Dark is generally overrated despite the price being -230 it'd a bo7 and i'm pretty confident Hero should take it. Was tempted to take the -1.5 as well at -120ish and probably should have in a bo7 but oh well. Swamhost nerf etc, going to be hard for Dark to win four against Hero, he's not exactly Life in terms of creativity etc

I know nothing about esports, but someone said that SKT vs TSM that SKT is pretty much a guarentee win with odds at -250 on Bovada. Thoughts on this?

I thought you were talking about SC2 for a second and got confused, i'll save that one for guys who specialise in the right esport

Went 2-1 today on some small plays, took Trap in maps 2/3 vs soo which split 1/1, and then small on Life in map 2 vs Trap for a net profit of... 0.2u lol

Might start making some decent bets again once PL is back. Sbenu (formerly Startale) with an all new lineup will shake things up a bit.

TSM is the most popular NA team which is keeping the line at -250ish I guess. Last week, SKT1 just won the korean league 3-0ing their opponent in the championship in a best of 5. They are considered the best team in the world and have the best player and several other top players as well.

However, the team they beat 3-0 (GE Tigers) was in a similar international tourny less than 2 months ago where they were the heavy favorite (they were the only korean team, and korea is considered by far the best region), but lost 2-1 in a best of 3 to a Chinese team (WE). WE went on to reach the finals, where they lost 3-0 in a huge upset to.... TSM http://lol.gamepedia.com/IEM_Season_...d_Championship. TSM also beat another korean team, CJ Entus, in a best of 1 (which obv have huge variance). IIRC this was the first time a western team has ever had success against china/korea (the 2 dominant regions) and led to a lot of speculation that the west was catching up and/or korea was overrated, but I don't buy that at all.

So yeah, wouldn't say its a pretty much guaranteed but true line is probably something like -350. Only real issue is its bo1 and not bo3/5 so there could totally be a random flukey game, bo1 has lot of variance.
