Stats was mathematically the play but had a gut feeling Maru would rise to the occasion so didn't bet and Maru won

I've talked myself into a Life -1.5 bet here but idk if I like it, if Dream plays like he did vs Solar last week Life will win 4-0, if Dream plays like he did vs Solar a month ago he's probably a marginal favourite. I think either Life will roll him or it'll be a close 4-3 one way or the other

Got a tiny action sweat on Life in g7 too but certainly not a +EV bet at price I got

Yeah in theory Innovation should beat him. I have a small future on Innovation to win Code S but may fire straight up too havent decided yet.

Innovation dropped to -150 already, opening near -130

I was thinking about betting on Innovation as well. But he did drop games to True and Sacsri who aren't even that good. His overall stats look fantastic but i am just not feeling it. Maybe i ll bet on the maps.
I wouldn't read too much into life's loss today. Dream is very good and he played well. Even so his loss was unexpected I think Life played at least decent except for some sloppy wm hits.

Game 2 was weird

g1 rogue went 3 hatch slow ling all in. Hero moved out to do a little pressure and rogue busted the wall.

Pretty crazy games today. Rogue's bringing the weird and it's fun to watch. The Hero -1.5 was tempting but just felt wrong but couldn't pull the trigger on Rogue either with hero's strong PvZ history

I fired Rogue +1.5 and obviously glad now

Putting a small sweat on Rogue -180 now up 2-1, Hero not playing his best today and it's effectively a +1.5 on a bo3. Only a small action sweat but think I like it. Not going to recommend it as an official play or anything but seems ok

WP Hero. Semifinals should be awesome. Parting vs MMA and Life vs herO. 3/4 of the oldschool GSL players in the semis in this day and age is pretty crazy.

I am not sure i understand the question correctly.
Do you want to know which bettling line is most efficient for a specific match?
That depends on the odds for the specific match. You can calculate that.
For example: If you have a Bo3, possible lines in decimal odds:
Bo3 win: 1,35;
-1,5: 2,25
first map: 1,5.

The player would need at least a 66,67% per map in all cases for you to make a profit. All lines have the same efficiency. If the odds deviate from that you know which line is less efficient.
However I think Pinnacle as an algorithm in place that makes sure that the different lines are not too far from each other. The difference is (if at all) only a few per cent.

If you asking in general, I would say that from my own experience the -1,5 bets in sc2 are usually the ones that require the player to have a bid higher chance. (least efficient) I haven't however made a study how frequent -1,5 or +1,5 happens. I just look at each single map as an independent event.
