There are tons of opportunities and consistent errors in the market. Limits are low but - too some extent - it can be made up for in pure volume. Depending on which bookmakers you have access too you can easily make 60+ bets a day w/ expected value of 5-20%. A 1-2 year ago I would have put that number even higher but bookmakers are generally getting more efficient.
But it is all about developing a method that allows you to scale. Spending time analyzing each bet on a case-by-case basis leads you nowhere. Personally I used and refined various techniques over the past year that allowed me to gain a solid profit. Atm. I mostly rely on huge databases that I have for both LOL and CS:GO that allows me to model those games (incl deriviaties) somewhat effectively.
I would also argue that other esports besides CSGO and LOL are a waste of time though. There aren't enough different types of bets you can make on those matches.
