I was wrong with Leenock, even though he could've won it, it was just a very narrow timing i think.

But Jjakji is beyond garbage, he has some decent online results on paper, but all his past ~8 televised matches demonstrated a new level of stupidity.

Will be interesting to see who Sbenu field next week. I'd drop Jjakji after that performance, Curious is a must, so is DRG at the moment, i'd probably drop Leenock too and throw MMA and Myungsik out there.

MVP need to use Blaze, Departure's earned another outing, they should use Gumiho then I guess Losira gets another outing?

Not sure who Jinair should use vs SKT, I guess we go back to the basic Maru/sOs/Rogue/Trap or Cure depending on who's in better form in the teamhouse

SKT has the too many in form players dilemma, any four of Classic/Innovation/soO/Dark/Dream works.

Samsung will have selection dilemmas this round too, but next week doesn't matter since they're facing Prime, and current Prime are even worse than last round's Prime; Yoda is probably their best player and who knows what percentage of his matches he's throwing, then Keen is probably their second best. I wonder if Tangtang will ever win a PL match...

Curious is becoming the Maru of the team for sure. I actually feel like that team does not deserve him at all.

The only other good player they have is Myungsik.

Yeah i'd have normally fired herO there at the odds but he seems to be in a slump and Flash's form improving.

Need Zest to win here to win something like 1.5u for the day, if he loses and KT wins I lose a tiny amount, or if CJ wins I lose a couple units and change.

Good spot though I think Zest gets it done, and even if he loses KT win the ace half the time to get me close to even. Zest should win though.

Looked at the lines and while I want to cheer for Bomber/Cure/Fantasy/Symbol, I kinda think the value might be on the other side of all four, lines look ok in general, the best play in theory is probably San, because fading Fantasy getting +291 is always a good idea but I don't bet on match fixing scum, so i'll pass.

Cure at his best will beat Sacsri, but the numbers like Sacsri as a dog, Cure did beat him the last time they played though.

Bomber is a better player than First but is in atrocious TvP form so not taking the +122 on offer; but don't want to bet First either as if Bomber shows up he'll win. Will smash the game 2/3/4/5 lines one way or the other after map 1 probably on that one depending how Bomber looks. I wouldn't be surprised to see a 3-0 one way or the other despite the close odds.

Hurricane and Symbol are both in bad form in the MU but Symbol hasn't been the force he was in GSTL/Code S in WOL for a long time and moving to Jinair hasn't seemed to have helped the way it has for other players, that said i'm not keen to lay -181 on Hurricane either, so probably no play

I think I fade the four guys I want to cheer for in theory, but in practice i'm not going to make any bets yet and will just livebet maps 2-5 in each series based on map balance and how the players look after each game

I think Fantasy -1.5 dropped to 1.3 at one point, but then went back up to 1.5~

He kind of has to qualify to throw the matches. At this point i am considering betting against him no matter the odds.

Liked San in theory but the Fantasy steam last second convinced me San might throw game 1 or something was going on, ended up taking Fantasy -1.5 on intuition at -177 when the Map 1 and ML started moving against San despite hating the math behind the bet, then San wtf'd out and Fantasy just wins 3-0 easily. How this San could beat the players he has beaten recently is beyond me.

Didn't get to watch the rest or make any bets came in during game 4 of Cure vs Sacsri. I liked Bomber on intuition but the math disagreed so I passed. Didn't like any other spots.

I was quite happy with my Bomber bet at +140.

For the next couple of matches i managed to get Zest -1.5 @1.7 which i think is a pretty damn good price, considering how bad Patience is @PvP

Pretty happy with it, neither is in the form they were in 3 months ago, but Stats has better recent form in the MU than Byul overall

Byul suddenly plays good, while Maru continues his slump, perphaps his wrist issues becoming worse again. Very weird game3 from him.

I think maru fell apart against Zest because he was not playing his usual style. In game 1 CC first and in game 3 three early CC. In game 2 he did his normal heavy units style and crushed Zest. I think after playing his style for so long he isn't very experience with other styles.

Took DRG at 1.9. Not a lot of versus T games from him recently but he looks overall better than skyhigh who has mostly tvt wins.
I think there is a good chance cj wins 3:0 and drg doesn't have to play.
Also took cj at 1.4

I took Ret at +144 against HeroMarine. HeroMarine is probably a very slight favourite but Ret has been performing well recently and I believe he is at the TL bootcamp with Bunny as a practice partner. Also Zerg is a bit favoured with the current mappool.

Also took sOs +150 against soO for SPL.

Did you see the odds for Happy vs Mana by any chance? Just wondering what the ML line was

Glad I talked myself out of a Jinair +1.5 bet when it opened at -116, it closed at -165 or so and they lost anyway. I thought Maru had pulled off the impossible against Classic with the nuke harass, after he was maybe 3% to win 15 mins before the end it was a coinflip 3-5 minutes before the end. The Rogue/Innovation game was solid but Rogue made some terrible decision making in the endgame.

Despite being 0-2 0-6, Jinair are still probably 50% to make the finals this round, they should beat Sbenu/MVP/Prime most of the time, and beating one of KT/CJ - none of their individual players are in amazing form but thats always changing and they'll still make the end of season actual finals 99% of the time even if they have a poor round 4, it would take a miracle for it not to be SKT/KT/CJ/Jinair as the final four teams for the end of season finals, and I doubt any of the other teams win r4 outright which is what it would take for them to be at any risk of missing the finals, and they're probably -1500 favourites against Prime next week and should even in an awful slump go at least 2-5 or 3-4 this round still at worst.

Was really disappointed in the way in Hurricane today, throwing his lead away was pretty bad, but good for Keen to get a morale boost for Prime I guess

True -120 against Hyun at ASUS ROG I think is pretty decent.
