When I asked for documentation regarding "in-game" wagering affecting my withdrawal, live chat copy and pasted a section of their Terms which referred to "in-game" wagering not counting towards deposit bonuses. Again, I did not take a bonus and they refused to acknowledge my question when I asked about it.
I arbitraged almost all of my money off of the site and then requested another withdrawal for the last few hundred. After going through multiple id verifications...I received my last withdrawal with a $10 fee deducted.
Although I was above their minimum and their cashier page says BTC withdrawals are free...I got a $10 fee because mining costs have gone up and the withdrawal was under $300.
Conversely, BOL and their affiliate sportsbetting, payout in minutes, zero hassle, zero fees. BAS and BM both in under 24 hours. ACR in under 48.
