i put a bet on fnatic over galaxy racer in dota 2 a few hours ago. The bet was showing up in my pending but now its gone and isnt showing up in my history either. OK just checked google and gosu says galaxy is up 1-0

dont see why it would matter but the bet was a live bet

looks like fnatic lost 0-2 but still weird that the best just disappeared without a trace

I assume you were betting on their best of 5 today which Galaxy Racer won 3-2 as opposed to Fnatic's 0-2 loss 2 days ago. It is odd that the bet would disappear but i have seen bets get canceled when they put up odds for the wrong number of maps. The match today was a Bo5 but their previous match was a Bo3. Also possible they left the line up after the match started.

Did you report this to their customer service to see what they said? Sounds like a technical glitch more than anything else, in which case it's best for both sides that they determine the problem.
