what vegas books offer strikeout and the rebound/assist props? I dont see it on any of the boards when i walk through, do you have to ask for it or bet on the app.

I've seen K at Boyd books and Westgate mostly, but not that often. I usually only bet those at BM when trading opens in the morning. The lines the Vegas books post K's have pretty sharp lines.

NBA Props all have had them during the playoffs. Check those sheets they print out, the app, or just ask the teller to print them out. Westgate had them on the board yesterday later in the day.
