@ DefNotRsigley have you been paying attention to any ML line changes as well? I've been noticing the last few weeks that for some games there will be random ml changes while all the other lines for the game stay the same. But I haven't been tracking them at all to see if there was any significance to them. For example, the Mavs ml dropped from +340 to +300 against WAS even tho the line hasn't moved at all. The Pistons also went from +9.5 to +10.5 yet their ml dropped from +320 to +300 an hour before tip. Wonder if there's something there or if they're just purposely doing that to throw people off

I'd keep an eye out on 5d nfl games and the overs. They're using different settings than other books. The refs are calling way more penalties, especially 15 yard types which is leading to more scoring, but their totals aren't different than sportsbook who has different settings.

I'll check ML, I have the lines being stored so it can be easy to add.

Hmm so there were four ML moves that didn't have a spread move

Fading the ML moves went 3-1 against the spread, but the one that lost was a very small line move and happened exactly 1 minute after the line was posted which I never bet, so it's really 3-0

add that to all the ones where the spread moved it went 8-0 today with detroit pending.

I'm gonna mess around with the 2 and change the dates so might be inaccurate for a while to check a couple more days. Easier than just writing a new script. You may have made us billionaires.

I think that is one issue should we only look at the first move or last move. My suggestion is first move as long as it is ~15 minutes or more after opening line

I need to do some updating to the database. When they started offering tons of different books my scrapers for results got all confused and I didn't bother to fix anything since I thought it was dead. Will work on that then I can generate stats based on 1st move and closing

I agree. I think initially it might be best to only consider fading the ml in the games where there isn't also a spread move. It seems like the games with multiple spread moves are the ones with multiple ml moves as well which can be confusing and contradictory in some situations. So for those games it's probably best to stick with the initial spread fade
