edit: I think I get it now. The product itself is marketed to sports books, yes? So you just find books that use it? And bet builder itself tells the book what the odds should be? Very interesting.

Yes, they provide the software and I'm assuming the sportsbook takes the risk. All the live betting options are the same thing too. There's 3-4 companies (that's why some books have multiple live betting options) that offer a service to provide live lines, sportsbook pay them for access, and book the bets themselves.

If you look at "sports betting prime" on 5D it's the same as bet dsis "new sportsbook". It's from a company called Ultraplay out of Romania. I think all they do though is steal Pinnacles lines except for eSports which they set their own (with props, etc.). So if you can't get access to Pinny's lines to steam chase, just use one of those.
