i just posted a long, rambling, semi-drunken friday night post in the nba picks thread kinda talking about the same sorta thing...in that i work the standard 40 hours/week, and i wonder how and where people that do the same find the time to bet every edge. it's def a full-time job, especially if you live in LV and can bet enough to not have to actually work a full time job. me, i'm fine with the profits that betting high double and/or low triple digits bring me. relatively stress-free, can add some pimp-**** to my house every once in a while, and a down-swing doesn't affect my ability to pay the bills as my "gambling money" and my life money are separate until i cash some out to buy said pimp-****.
i'm like, the anti-degen. i know that it means my tv's will stay 50" plasma's and not 80" smart-lcd's, but i'm okay with that. lol
