Can you explain the term "top con" and what hours did you work?

in a perfect world every client should wind up jumping off a bridge. because he is a hopeless degen believer. who lost everything, house, car, wife and all money. all because youre a top con who only cares about GETTING HIS.

its not exactly an "industry term" its just something I call the handful of guys who are making ridiculous money.

hours are basically M-F noon to five

weekends 6am-4pm sunday you will bounce after the first games kick 10am pst

So morals aside, if someone is a good salesman...this is something you can make a lot of money in?

top cons are the employees. management monitors things pretty close its tough for them to pull anything. top cons pretty much just get a mark on the phone and take him down. lesser cons will bring top cons clients that may have potential but they cant close for what ever reason. when the top con whacks him the split the commish. so it is more of a team, us VS them POV.

one story. Cokin comes in talking about how UNR was gonna crush Hawaii. at -14.5 on game day. as like his game of the year or some ****.

now this game was my favorite bet of the week. Wynn opens the game 9.5, I take a decent piece. line jumps I throw a pile on the ML. line shoots all the way up to 14.5 and I decide to play a huge middle. UNR had been getting backdoored a **** ton. and ive got some super live numbers.

so that Saturday im at the office calling degens when cokin comes in hyping UNR at the ****ty line. I call him over and breakout the tickets which I was hoping to cash after leaving work if the game did what I thought it would. Coking says "you bet that much on a game when you make $10/hr"

I say, dude, im hotter than a crackpipe. ill probably wind up shipping everything. Cokin"oh no, they win this game by 3 td's" Me, ya dude but theve been getting backdoored by everybody" "this middle is live a ****". I get a phone call. he walks off

game starts. Hawaii QB goes down on the first series. well, there goes my middle. but ill still make out ok with my ML bet. last minute or two of the game UNR up by 21, Hawaii has the ball. obv scores to lose by 14. I have by biggest win ever. Cokin comes out looking at the floor shaking his head. He claimed he bet it early at a better number. but never showed evidence. so he was probable full of ****.

Sick.
