It seems like a nearly 'sure bet' to hedge by wagering heavy on the NO, and at the same time stocking up on bitcoin.

Yes, so for the math geniuses out there, it seems there could be a way one can bet the NO on this prop bet, but at the same time acquire Bitcoin to hedge the wager and win either way, unless Bitcoin ends up crashing, which isn't bloody likely..

How much could you really get down on this prop tho?

I can’t imagine you can get much down on this. I tried to bet a similar bet on the price of silver that I thought was way mis priced and the max was like $50

If u bet the side that they think is the sucker side u prolly can get a few 100$. If u but rhe side they really didn’t inflate prolly 50$ and your acc May get closed.

I bet $250 on the NO a few weeks ago, so the limit has to be $300 or higher. I'm guessing it is $500.

As expected, the action has been on NO. A couple of weeks ago NO was -130, YES was -110. Last week, NO was -140 and YES was at EVENS..

I would say no. Think the steam has faded from bitcoin and the suckers are out. Just my thought. Doing think you are getting a 100% movement from something that costs 7k

This is the easiest "No" bet ever. The big reason that Bitcoin went on a tear last year is that Agora Financial & all of these other financial giants in the internet space were spending millions a day on clicks online with those James Altucher "Bitcoin Jesus" ads. Those ads were selling crypto investing services at a 5000+ net new subscriptions a day. Google and many other online advertising platforms banned Crypto/Blockchain advertising on their networks back in March '18. This decline, with no upward movement, is a direct result of these Financial Publishing groups not able to acquire fresh leads/clients that are going to dump their money into Bitcoin. Many of those who got burned, but learned enough about crypto to be dangerous (to themselves mostly) are going the route of daytrading the alt-coins.

If Bitcoin reaches the critical support level at $5k, I think your best bet would be to load up and ride it to 1.8-2.2x profit. It'll reach 9-11k levels this year, but I just don't see 15k happening.

they may keep it up just to play on market bulls who think BTC will continue the meteoric rise (which again, is what I personally hope does happen.) hell they kept Hillary to win on the board all the way through Wisconsin coming back red during the election bc people were still pumping dollars on her side to win.
