Bovada Sportsbook Missing Open Future Bets

Are there any Bovada users on here that have noticed future bets that were made earlier in the year are no longer listed under 'open bets'?
I noticed several missing and was obviously concerned, so I contacted Bovada and they told me not to worry..if the bets were made, they will be credited to my account, even thought they don't show up anymore.
Something about they went to a new system and not all the older wagers were migrated into the new software..something like that.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Bovada always seems pretty honest to me and have never really had a problem but this is a huge annoyance not being able to see many of my open wagers..
