Well this is a sports book issue I have on bovada. I placed a bet on an e soccer match. The score was 2-1 I bet under 4 with about a minute left. The bet slip showed confirmed bet as under 3. How would it let me bet under 3 when the score is 2-1? Anyway I talk to a supervisor who clearly has no knowledge on how beating works. And told me I understand the score was 2-1 but you bet under 3 and you are the one that risked it. And there was a lot of back and forth but they just kept telling me it was my fault and I accepted the risk of lose or chop. Why would anybody bet something where they can only lose and not win? Then they ended the chat rudely mid conversation saying there is no way we will see eye to eye.
I open a new chat and the agent keeps telling me sorry you already talked to a supervisor there is no escalating this further and would not let me talk to anyone else.

I spend thousands a week on this site and they won’t even correct a 100$ bet for me? I rake over 100k a month on here and this is how the customers are treated? Or a very good sign

Would it have been nice of them to refund it? Sure. But it’s not their obligation to watch out for you, and it certainly doesn’t make them scammers. You bet on live sports at your own risk.

Watch out for me?? The bet said under 4. The score was 2-1 I bet under 4 then when it confirmed it was under 3. How is that watching out for me? I'm supposed to know the bet is gonna change to a bet that's already a loss while confirming my bet?

we should stop supporting offshore books. They are basically just freerolling all of us at all times, if u think otherwise you are delusional.

Sometimes Bovada doesn’t update the odds on the screen but only shows the updated odds on the bet slip if you are getting bets down fast. Has happened to me a few times. If it seems too good to be true it normally is.

Zero chance the bet slip said 4 and then your pending bet changed to 3.

If you play on bovada you would know it happens all the time.But I know you know everything

Yeah I'm done with them. If I was playing on a USA site I would have so many points I can redeem for cash but on bosses you GRT basically nothing. I am legend stays and its barely any different from the first status. They also never care when you have a problem. Its almost pointless to post on forums because people love to shill for the off shore sites and tell you if you don't like losing you shouldn't be playing. No I don't like losing unfairly. Just about 2 months ago on bovada I bet 500 on a FIFA game and it won but they graded it incorrectly and it took them nearly a month and 20 emails to give me my money back..it really shouldn't take that long!

I mean really, check out how many times people have had these little rinky dink problems with bovada, specifically with live betting. At some point it’s on you.

If its a problem with their system its on the player? This is exactly why offshore books don't give a sht and get away with terrible service. They know people are just gonna deal with it.

Bovada has a well documented history of cancelling winning live bets. If you win too much they just assume you're cheating somehow and cancel your winners, but not your losers. It's a scumbag move by a scumbag book.

I mean, "it's on you" for trusting them at this point, kind of like it's on you for loaning money to a junkie and expecting to get paid back.

You guys can complain about bovada being bovada for another decade on here, it won’t matter one iota. If you can’t beat bovada then you can’t beat sports anyway so I suppose it’s all moot. Your money is ending up in some sketchy guys hands in Costa Rica anyway.

I wouldn’t deal with it though because I’ve heard dozens of stories like this, specifically about bovada and live betting.

Pretty crazy they're still scamming on live betting. I remember when they first started live NFL betting as bodog. First week lost money. Second week I crushed until an hour after the game all my winning bets were counted as "past posted" but magically all the losers weren't.

I complained here and bodog becky (remember her?) called me. She transferred me to the "head of live betting" and he tried to gaslight me by saying I was in North Carolina based on my IP and I was at the Panthers game so I was getting the info before them. I've never been to North Carolina in my life.

At the end they offered me a $500 bonus and to cancel all my losing wagers (even tho I was -$1700 from them cancelling only winners instead of +$4000 or so I should have been) if and only if I made a post on here saying that my issue was resolved and it was a misunderstanding.

I said sure. Took the bonus + my balance and tried to arb out with BM. I only had ~5k there anyway. It was early on in my betting career and had most of my money on Pinnacle, BM, and the great Neteller at the time. Got lucky and lost the bodog side. A couple weeks later they called me asking when I was making the post. I said I wasn't and told them to close my account. They then sent me collection letters for the $500 bonus for a couple months.

Nothing ever came of it and I don't care about the money. It was more of a can I **** them since they ****ed me. Ultimately they won in the end (tho they got out of the $4000 in winnings, I did get the $500), but I got the small win. In retrospect it was probably smarter to keep the account for the super soft lines at the time. But it was the time of 100 soft books. So it didn't seem like a big loss.

I’ve heard some bad things about Bovada. I’ve been betting on ACR and Mybookie for a while and haven’t had any issues. I prefer mybookie tho cuz you can use credit card without issues and their live chat is good too. If you need a link with a bonus just lmk.

I’ve had 3 accounts shut down at bodog/ bovada. They were one of the first places I burned through as they have some of the lowest of the low hanging fruit. Turned 500 into 5 figures on props and teasers and went through hell to get paid but I did. Never would make a live bet there though.

lol ya last time i had a bovada account they seized like 5g from me and never really explained why, but they have the softest lines and you know they are terribly rated, so it comes with the game

one time they put up mlb team totals wrong and i got 2 teams at run totals off by a couple runs, i went 1-1, but i was probably gonna get freerolled by them for even taking that action

mybookie is trash, i crushed them in a season before, then they guy called me and told me i needed to keep betting or he wouldnt withdraw me
