Does anyone have recent interactions with this book? It used to be a good book but now it seems like they don’t care about anything and just want to try to squeeze every penny while they can.

So this has happened multiple times in the past as well ,but I had a bet that was duplicated the other day and they wouldn’t let me talk to a Supervisor to try to get help. For 5 days they told me there are no supervisors available etc. So, finally today I said I would like to make a big deposit and want this handled by a supervisor and they put me through immediately lol. They still don’t fix my issue just tell me nothing they can do but can give me a deposit bonus.

This book has really gone downhill as far as customer support. I deposit around 2k a month at least. One time they took money data after a bet was graded as a win because the bet was canceled in the 4th quarter and they needed like 50 points won’t 5 minutes left to break my under.I guess they game restarted as a new 2 days later and hit the over. I told them to ban my account I’m done supporting a site like them. They said that’s fine done. I said that easy ? They said yes if you ever want to reopen just open live chat. I told them I wanted it permanently banned and they told me they don’t offer that. So, I said what about if someone has a gambling problem they can’t permaban their account? They told me nope that’s not their problem other people need to control theirselves that’s not their fault. I was shocked to hear a book say that so willingly lol.

Anyway that’s my rant
