The Nixon tapes will prove that we only became aware of this the day before.

For everyone involved this is a negative. It's literally trading two A+ books for one B+ book. We are trying to analyze what kind of deal it really is and if the moves are good, bad or indifferent for players.

I can honestly say right now that we have no idea if the players are safe or not with this deal. They are certainly not as safe as they were unless the Greek is somehow guaranteeing balances which so far I've seen no mention to that effect.

Bottomline is this deal came alive somewhat in the middle of some recent night. SBR is concerned and is trying hard to understand the deal, the move and if the players money is sufficient and safe. Give us until this time next week.

But you are right, the value of bitcoins fluctuates and therefore it is not safe - so we might as well ignore it amirite. Nevermind it is a perfect solution to the offshore problem.

stop being so intellectually dishonest.

I know you've read the inherent problems with bitcoins and their system in the BFI bitcoin thread (I know you have because you've spammed that thread incessantly with your pro-bitcoin stance).

fwiw:

I don't have a position in bitcoins or any reason to dislike a non centralized form of money. The monster thread in BFI should explain bitcoins to anyone interested in learing, instead of listening to fizzwonts bias position.

https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/30...rency-1011408/

its a giant thread. so glgl

What other options are there besides SBR to check some kind of rating or security of a sportsbook?

Re: betjam / thegreek leaving usa market

This is getting ridiculous.

As far as I know Betjm and Justbet were the only same day/next day withdrawals via WU/Moneygram for US players. The fees sucked, but if you needed liquid quickly it was rather convenient.

I'm guessing the DOJ combined with the high cost of getting deposits in is what precluded this. Anyone else notice the netspend card deposits were getting charged 3% for every transaction in the past month?

Re: betjam / thegreek leaving usa market

opening one franchise is usually a bad idea. you need like 10 to make decent money. i tried to open 3 subways once and it was a semi disaster that i luckily unloaded on someone before the economy crashed

Re: betjam / thegreek leaving usa market

Has anyone tried to make a withdrawal yet?

Do we have to go through a whole new identity verification process?

My betjm account redirected me to heritage where I resigned up there and it had my remaining balance, etc. Just wondering if it's business as usual from here on out.

Anyone ask about BetJam loyalty points? I just recently cashed mine in, but could be a decent chunk of change locked up for some of you 2003 Kia ballas.

sounds like a sweet deal imo.

and wtf u talking about needing 10 franchises to make maney? I'm a simple man; would be happy with a 150K salary or a franchise netting me 250K+ a year.

Saw on another board where someone had asked. Forget them, they're gone.

one franchise can't do that. overheads are ridiculous and you have to give so much money back to whatever franchise you have. rent, employees, insurance, food, taxes, kick back to subway (8% of sales + 3.5% of sales for advertising). that's a lot of $5 footlongs. mcdonalds kick back is more like 17.5% (12.5% for sales/advertising and 5% service fee).

plus to even do the buildout of the property is gonna run your 50k easily. one of my stores was doing 11k in sales a week but i was only profiting $700 because of obscene rent but if i didn't pay obscene rent i wouldn't have the traffic and wouldn't do that much in sales, etc.

6.5% Margin is pretty good for a lot of industries.

Re: betjam / thegreek leaving usa market

oh yes but the amount of work i was putting in the hourly rate was bad. just was pointing out not gonna make 150-250k off of one store and retire. if you get a bunch + hire a manager to manage all of them then you take a lot of the work off of your back + can get discount by food in bulk

but add in that you might have to provide health care to your employees starting in 2014 and it could be a huge disaster. i'm sure it's profitable but i think just owning one store won't have you set for life + it's not passive income and i can earn more doing other things per hour
