Betfair contacted me my account will be closed on July 1st. I asked support what will happen with my open bets. I had ciro immobile top goalscorer and norwich to get relegated. As you can see from the screenshots the support informed that my bets will settle as normal. Of course if they told me the bets will be voided i would have cashed out total 3k but now i will get only my money back 1.5k
I have the screenshots of my bets aswell. Today i contacted the support and they told me my bets are voided. I already contacted Malta Gaming Authority (i think this is their regulator)
What other options i have to retrieve my bets?
