You've said an awful lot in your last few posts without really saying anything. If you simply stick to the facts we might be better placed to help you.
So when you say:

Rather than say they're "slow", you need to state what they
did. In other words, you submitted the documentation (in this case, bank statement) to them via chat (email?). And their response, as per your first post, was:
"We don't accept scanned copies, we need a digital copy."
And then, presumably, you sent new documentation in line with their (rather eat ass) requirements. And they told you:
"It will take us 24 (later reviewed to 72) hours to verify the document you sent"
And this is presumably where we're at now?

Reading past the airy babble and into the substance of your posts, you say that this issue has been ongoing for 2 weeks. Other than the above outlined exchange, what other exchanges have you had over this period that lead you to believe Bet365 are acting contrary to standard verification policy?

With this in mind, you need to give them a reasonable amount of time to conduct their investigation. If you have nothing to hide then this shouldn't be a problem. Follow any requests of evidence they might put to you and stick with them. If they don't get back to you within, say, two weeks give them a buzz to ensure your case hasn't been tossed into the back-burner. If no resolution is found within a reasonable time-frame you can start thinking about suing but only as a last resort.
