I want to inform all the sports bettors out their that 5dimes and Tony the CEO is scamming me for over 32000 $ . To be brief I have been betting with him for two months and in this time I've acquired over 44000 $ 25k of which was this last weekend. He now refuses to pay stating I was stealing his money because 2 months ago when I opened my acct I placed a 6tm pleaser that paid 3900 $ and it was not suppose to pay that much however I called prior to winning any bets and asked of my specific payouts were correct I gave his reps the ticket number in question and they assured me it was a correct line and payout and I would be paid the full amount. They stuck to there word cause after it hit I continued to place bets and recirve payouts. Now today he froze my acct and said he will not pay my remaining balance as well as I owe him the 12000 he already paid me cause I stole it. This is only after I won 25000 this weekend all of wich was on strait bets and legitimate parlays. The only pay in question is the3900 everything else checks out but he refuses to pay anything stating I needed to point this out to him and not his reps he then threatened to hunt me down if I don't pay him! Please respond I have a lot of documentation!

Repost the same in this forum at SBRForum. Then File a Complaint. Do not talk to Tony again. Wait and let SBR attempt to handle it first. Tony says crazy stupid **** he shouldn't say when he gets pissed and thinks someone is cheating him. Chatting with him in interim isn't worth it, and don't worry he isn't sending anyone after you.

My guess is since you won that and made a bit of a roll, you then use the 'cheated' money to place and win your other bets.

That being said, a) his reps misinformed you, b) your other bets were all legitimate, c) they made no effort to correct it until you tried to cash out.

Seems like terrible form. I'm curious to know what the pleaser was though.

Forget the bet, the bet doesn't matter.

Once his wager is paid out, the issue is closed. The time that the book could have legitimately canceled the bet came and went.

But this debate is academic without (1) knowing whether the story is true and (2) hearing the other side.

OP needs someone to step in and hear both sides. SBR isn't exactly the court system, but they at least bring some modicum of accountability to the books.

Who is to say that the OP wouldn't have reloaded and made those same bets and same amounts either way? If he got overpaid on the pleaser, then he owes that overpayment back, and nothing more.

OP, Tony Williams from 5D is a complete megalomaniac and a grade A jerkoff. Definitely go to SBR and post this exact same thread, as he has paid off some people that he tried to cheat once some of the folks at SBR intervened.

Thanks and that's exactly what I told his reps I called prior to winning the bet and gave them the ticket number I said there may be a bad payout in ur system can u check this ticket it says it pays plus 700000 but a pleaser that would be more difficult is paying far less they reviewed the account and tickets in ? And said no everything is correct if those teams win y will win 3990 for it .57 cent wager I repeatedly asked if he was sure and he said yes I said I just want to make sure I'll have enough $ in my acct to cover the weekend bets he said ur fine and good luck. As I stated befor they stuck to it and paid me out over 11000 about 12k and now the past weekend I had about 10 k in my acct and won 22.5k and he now says that I stole the money I bet with and he's not paying every other bet was legitimate I only won 3990 off the plser the rest was on strait and parlayed bets!! Just makes no sense!
