Can you ask management if they would like to pay the $2,000 they stiffed me on from 2014 after threatening to confiscate $100,000 and delaying my payout for over a month because I had a US passport?

I don't know why they would spam a board like this. I will say this, these guys are legit and they pay...I have been paid out more from them than any sportsbook and every single time the coins were shipped within 15 minutes of request (and these are almost all five figure payouts). I am just going by my own personal experience, but I would recommend them 100%.

I would say they're pretty far from legit. Check the dates on these screenshots and see how they told two different stories, presenting the most flimsy premise to try to stiff me. They only paid after several other parties became involved.

Full disclosure, I don't really care about asianconnect I just wish they'd pay me the $2,000 they scammed me on. I guess I'll forgive and forget about the fact that they tried to stiff me on six figures for over a month.

One of the interesting things about this case was how they thought they could do a complete 180 and nobody would notice.

Here's a chat log from 17 June 2014 where they repeatedly ask for more proof of my Argentinian address.
--------------------------

Session Start (hits:KYC AsianConnect): Tue Jun 17 03:01:59 2014 -0300
hits: hello
KYC AsianConnect: hello sir
hits: i was expecting some kind of update on my account verification status by now
hits: i have been waiting over a week
hits: i spoke with the kyc department earlier today and they told me to expect an email but i have not received anything
KYC AsianConnect: ok sir
KYC AsianConnect: Please let us check and get back to you accordingly.
hits: thank you.
Session Close (KYC AsianConnect): Tue Jun 17 03:04:50 2014 -0300

Session Start (hits:KYC AsianConnect): Tue Jun 17 13:49:45 2014 -0300
hits: hello
KYC AsianConnect: hi sir
hits: I received this email:

Hi[redacted],

Please accept our apologies for not getting back to you sooner. We also apologize for the confusion it has caused you from our last email.

We assume that you are using utilities electricity, water, gas, phone, and cable TV. in your place. Kindly send us a copy of any 2 utility bills of your apartment even it is not in your name. May we remind you also that those bills must display the same address on your certificate of domicile. We need those documents to verify your address.

Please also submit a clearer copy of your passport ID.

We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you, but until you have supplied the required documents for verification we cannot proceed with your request.

KYC AsianConnect: ok sir
KYC AsianConnect: just submit the required documents sir
hits: i have already sent my national id, my passport, a certificate of domicile which certifies that i do live at the proper address, and i have sent multiple pieces of mail that i have received. it is unreasonable to request these utility bills. they are not in my name, they go to the building owners. i am not sure if it is even possible to acquire these documents

hits: how am i to acquire these documents when they are not sent to me?
hits: I have already sent more than sufficient documentation
KYC AsianConnect: this is not our problem sir,we just following the rules of our company.
KYC AsianConnect: hope your understand us sir
hits: no i do not understand
hits: i think it's an attempt to steal my money
KYC AsianConnect: about this matter sir,the listed above is the only documents needed

Completely incompetent, non-English speaking service aside, notice how they give me a huge hassle about proof of address documents, only to then shift the goalposts three weeks later and deny payment on the grounds of holding a US passport. It paints the following picture:

mid June - asianconnect having financial trouble. They already have a copy of my passport and address (which had been accepted by every other sportsbook I ever sent it to), ac88 try to delay payment by making an unreasonable request for more documents, including a clearer copy of my US passport

early July - asianconnect realise their financial troubles are more severe than initially anticipated, and in a fit of desperation, notify me that they will simply confiscate my >$100,000 balance because I hold US passport (which they already knew about when I registered)

asianconnect88? Just say no.

Is anywhere in their rules mentioned that they do not want to assist players from US?

No, this is not mentioned anywhere in their rules. There was nothing in their terms and conditions that suggested they did not accept players from the US. Furthermore, I was not even in the US; rather, they claimed they could steal my money because I had a US passport.

It's a great example of why asianconnect can never be trusted. You may review their rules. You may check with customer support. But once you fund your account and win, they will suddenly invoke a completely new set of terms and conditions, which they may use to try to steal your balance.

In my case I did eventually get almost all of my funds back. But it took about two months, and when they finally did pay, I lost out on about $1,500 due to their incompetent staff sending the funds in the wrong currency and then flat out stiffing the bonus I qualified for.

Haven't posted in this thread in almost two months. Maybe you though that AsianConnect (aka asianconnect88) paid me the money they owed me, in exchange for my silence. But they didn't. I've just been busy doing other things.

This remains unresolved. Is it any surprise that the country well-known for dishonesty and scams in business has produced a shady and dishonest betting agency?

Can you recommend a good agent? I have come across an agent with their headquarters in London and they have a good reputation but they also have a higher commission than other agents I have contacted.

There are books in Asia that I can't bet with without going through an agent but don't want to have problems when I go to withdraw.

I'm in Ireland so won't face some of the issues that US residents have to deal with.

Personally I've been happy with Asianconnect when I bet with them some football, depending on which bookies you need you could also get in touch with PremiumTradings and Sportmarket.

Tri-annual reminder to avoid Asianconnect, scammers.

Literally stole money from a war refugee: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...0-euro-p2.html

Update

Some weeks ago Asian Connect agreed to re-open their investigation into this matter.

As part of that they sent a postal verification code to the player.

The player says that due to war activity he was moved to a new address and was unable to receive and complete the postal verification.

Asian Connect will move no further without completion of that verification.
Still haven't paid the money they owe me either.

Btw if you bet on Pinnacle through these guys (or any other agent nowadays) you will get half limits, unless you are bad. This is Pinnacle's decision. Can't necessarily blame them either, most people who play through these agents these days probably win, then they have to pay 0.3% for the action.

All the more reason to just find someone trustworthy in Canada.

Got an email from my old friends back in China today.

They haven't seen me in a while! Trying to steal $100k+ will tend to have that effect.

They still have not made this right. asianconnect are thieves, asianconnect are scammers, asianconnect is dishonest, asianconnect are not trustworthy, asianconnect is a scam
