b00t, Rangers to win Stanley Cup can be found at +220, maybe better, I haven't really checked. Seems generous to me...If they make it past NJ, I think they are beating LA/Phx more than 54.9% of the time...thoughts?

Much the same as what I do when 2p2 is up, only more of it.

Re: April - June LC Thread: Good old country hardball

rob jessica sanchez has more google results than phillip phillips (44bln vs. 40bln), more twitter followers (320k vs. 278k) and more views on her yt vids. but phillip phillips is the favorite, currently around even odds to win. jessica can be found at +200-240.

what's a better voting bloc: teen girls or mexicans + filipinos?

Re: April - June LC Thread: Good old country hardball

poogs, i'm gonna tell brianl to hold off on sending me any more picks (he'll only have 3 more to go after today) until you and chronic figure out escrowing.

being that it's down to a couple units (maybe even less depending on the 2 games still tonight) and only 3 more games left to play, i don't want any misunderstandings on the end game here.

since it's only a day or two max (whenever we get everything squared away we'll resume) i'll escrow if need be.

chronic and poogs let me know. but i'm gonna tweet brian now and tell him to hold off on sending me anything else until we're squared.

Re: April - June LC Thread: Good old country hardball

not including the rays, whom he has 2.34u to win 2u on and are up 4-3 in the ninth, i have:

76-67-3 +4.39

so if the rays hold on, he's up 6.39 with 3 plays to go.

if they lose, it would only be up 2.05 with 3 plays to go.

if it's close, i'll re-figure everything down to the hundredth again.

Re: April - June LC Thread: Good old country hardball

tampa won.

so we're 147 bets in, record is 77-67-3.

units won: 6.39

so this is basically over. i already direct messaged brianl and told him to not send me any plays until this hammered out.

lemme know what you guys want to do. i'm actually leaning towards just taking the last 3 because then at that point it's just a matter of paying.

but like i said, until you both say go ahead or i post that '**** it we'll just finish and figure it out', we'll wait.

Re: April - June LC Thread: Good old country hardball

I cant think of poogs not paying and will give a couple more days because he told me he was on some motor cycle trip or something and may be away .

@wiper, we will pause the bet for now although it does seem like the bet is pretty much over atm...

Re: April - June LC Thread: Good old country hardball

executive decision: brian sent me 2 plays for tonight, and i'm logging them and they'll count. 2 reasons, first, if they both lose and i don't count them, poogs has a beef and if they both win and i don't count them, chronic has a beef.

secondly, i really don't see the need for 'pausing' or delaying the bet. you're both gamblers and made a bet, whoever loses will pay obv.

that will bring the total to 149 bets. you can follow results on sharky's site or wait another play and i'll post the link to the google word doc i've kept everything on.

How can you watch the end of the TBA/TOR game and not think "suspicious betting pattern" by CHRONICFEVER?

Ump didnt want to take a chance at extra innings. Clearly had someplace to be.

Re: April - June LC Thread: Good old country hardball

i mean it was probably a strike but lawrie had like .75 walk equity based on typical umpire tendencies

Re: April - June LC Thread: Good old country hardball

that is based on average height MLB player, lawrie is taller so it was in the upper part of the strike zone for him
