Guys if you go and chime in, microbob will hopefully be gone
Wiper can take over
I know the reason some of you guys did not want a change is because you can't find a replacement. But wiper has agreed to mod if needed.

Re: April - June LC Thread: Good old country hardball

I don't know. Wiper I need you to answer these questions to see if I can vote for you for moderator.

Why did you apply for this position?

Describe a time when you had to deal with conflicting demands. How did you deal with this situation and what was the outcome?

How do you establish a working relationship with new people?

Where do you expect to be in 5 years time? What will you do if you are not successful in gaining this position?

What particular skills and qualities do you bring to the position? What other skills would you like to develop in the future?

Tell me about a challenging situation you have faced. What was the situation and how did you cope with it?

Is there an achievement of which you are particularly proud? What is it? Why is it significant?

Start with those questions. There may be more later.

i can only answer this one.

i surely didn't. chronic and mike ski apparently think i'd make a good mod here, i'm not so sure. i didn't ask or try to push myself at all.

it's no issue, the odds of me being the mod here are just about 0%.

i could probably answer all those if i were feeling creative this weekend, you seem to have taken the effort to type them all out.

unfortunately right now, there are 4 people left in a werewolf game in SE and i'm trying desperately not to make a fool of myself there. so my attention is already taken.

He did? Please show where this happened.

Also, you failed to read the posts I made about the selection of a potential future mod.

Haha. Ummm, no. Lack of network coverage would be a big part of that.

Can someone explain to me how mike ski and chronicfever became the de facto voices of the sportsbetting forum?

Can you tell me why it is taking you so long to escrow the bet?
I escrowed yesterday...

as for me being the voice, I can care less if wiper is a mod or not . The thought of Microbob being gone has been brought up a few times and most posters said Wiper/m2tr would be the favorites to step in.
till this day , wiper never wanted to be a mod , but he has now agreed to step up.

Re: April - June LC Thread: Good old country hardball

T escrowed because I've been at foxwoods for a few days. I'm such a baller I get free rooms on the reg but I will when I get back.

As for this nonsense...no one really cares what you think at all. Mike ski even moreso (you figure out if pinnacle is giving away free money yet bud?)

Just shut up, collect your 1k in a few weeks and slowly give it back to the pool following brianl's picks.

chronic - Chill dude. You're acting worse than you did when I couldn't get to it for a couple days. He's pretty much giving you $1k after all.

Yeah , I've been betting through 2p2 for 4+ years and have been freerolled on here before. not to say poogs will do so. but better safe than sorry don't you think?
How can I know or how does poogs know that either of us will run away?
thats the point of the escrow , to protect both parties .
Also do you really need to stick your nose between everything?

None of the sites/books that I have access to (USA lol) offer open slot parlays for tennis matches. I can get bets placed on pretty much any site with friends and would like to know...

if there are any sites out there that offer open slot parlays for tennis.

thanks for your help
does 5dimes not allow this for tennis? i thought it did, but i don't bet much tennis.

Chronic, I most certainly do not sticky nose into everything. I can link to several threads I have never posted in if you like.

Yes, there is a risk of getting screwed over on the bet. Which is why you should be safe, not sorry. Which is why you shouldn't be agitating him. You should be thanking him for getting to it as soon as he can. Being a jerk about it increases the chances of getting screwed over...not decreases.

You were a jerk to me and kind of odd about it and I backed out of being your escrow because of that for example. Not exactly the same but not entirely different either.

I just checked. You appear to be able to do this. I didn't confirm the bet, but I got to the screen where I had selected two tennis bets, and selected "10 teams" under Open Spots. I entered an amount of $5,000,000. I got an error stating that I had insufficient funds.
