Finally got it. 11 days seems to be about the current wait time.

I got an email confirmation yesterday that the ACH I requested via email on the 24th was going to go through. I got my first ACH on the 23rd - I cant remember when I requested it but it was maybe a week before I received it.

I just got my cashout from 9/16

Payout received. Took about two weeks.

I requested 2 ACH for my full balance via email (had to request 2 because my balance was more than the max for one ACH), but they would take a day or two then email me back to ask for my account number, PIN & drivers license. I think I attempted to initiate the request for the first time on 9/14.

They got everything they needed on 9/22 then I received the first ACH 9/23. I requested the 2nd ACH on 9/24 after confirming to them I got the first one. On 9/26 they emailed me to confirm they have requested my 2nd ACH, but I haven't gotten it yet.

My cashout also took 11 days -- requested Sep 17, received today -- but was successful. I had only a small balance as I withdrew most balances from books in March. Nonetheless, I'm happy to see 5D paying everyone even if it is a bit slow. Shitty about futures though especially with the NBA is so close to wrapping up.

Requested last Sunday, 9/20 and called in for phone verification on morning of 9/21. Since then I've spoken to them 4 times on the phone, 3 times over live chat. My request status has not changed, and I have not received any confirmation emails. 2 days ago I was assured by the phone operator that if my request was submitted prior to 9/25, it would not reach the 3rd party administrator. Tonight I was just told that if I was not taken care of by tomorrow, my balance would be passed over to a 3rd party administrator, doesn't matter if I made my request before 9/25.

What are people hearing from the 5dimes phone operators? Also have they been able to get anything from the phone operators besides the usual assurances/run around? I asked to be transferred to someone in payouts, but the reply is that they are too busy processing payouts to take calls.

Requested payout (via bitcoin) September 14th, received payout September 23rd. Mildly annoyed that they required me to call in by phone to confirm my account information when I messaged them a few days after the payout request to inquire about the status of the payout but no big deal - have never had issues across several years with 5Dimes and was never worried about getting screwed on the payout. (I believe I called in to confirm account information on September 19th - a few days before they actually paid out.)

Have been looking around for a new book and I do see betanysports.eu is a book that offers basically the same exact lines as 5Dimes and seems to also be offering some sort of Free Play bonus to sign up so I think I'll put a portion of my $$$ with them. When I contacted Sportbet.com, the customer service agent I talked to recommended betanysports (since sportbet has the same restriction on US players as 5Dimes does) and flat out told me that betanysports is part of the "5Dimes family" (I'm seeing posts in this thread where it was denied that betanysports is associated with 5Dimes but the Sportbet customer service agent told me that sportbet and betanysports were both under 5Dimes.)

Betanysports seems to have a solid A- rating at SBR and offers the variety of boxing lines I was looking for (consistent with 5Dimes) so think I'll try them out...

Pretty bad. I get that they had to make US customers cash out. However, they required me to accept Bitcoin as a payout, which I did not want. Then, after promising a payout in 4-6 days, I still have not been paid after 13 days.

This morning, almost two weeks after requesting my payout — and keep in mind, this is a payout they forced me to take — I got an email requiring my PIN (which I already entered to authorize the transfer in the first place), my account number (which they have, because it is in the subject line of their email), a photocopy of my drivers license with me holding it, and a bank statement!

They apparently think I’m going to send them, in an email, everything someone would need to steal my identity. They didn’t need this information to accept my money, but they need it to make a transfer to my Bitcoin account? They didn’t ask for it when I authorized the transfer. Now they ask for it 13 days later?

Awful.

Hope everyone who cashed out to bitcoin left it as bitcoin. 4x in 4 months. Best bet in a long time.
