beat my 11.6% return on acc'ts for 2007. I think 15% would be nice for 2008. Of course, this is somewhat dependent on the fin'l markets.

2) Become more familiar with excel and its uber ghey solver feature. Also by the end of the year, stop using Excel completely for all mathaments.
3) Pour champagne on a bitch.
4) Investaments?

Solver is so money sometimes.

You live where champagne is like $4 a bottle, what's stopping you? At least that can be remedied very easily in LV.

I like solver. What are you going to use besides excel...mathematica or something crazy like that. You can do the champagne thing for like 50 bucks. Get a cheap hooker and a cheap bottle of champagne...I did that without the use of solver.

Get unstuck from '07 teasers.

(Missed preseason and one of the best regular season weeks. Was able to quadruple my action on the two worst weeks.)

EDIT - Also, stop inadvertently bumping old threads while searching the archives.

Try to have another 6-0 Saturday during the 2nd round of March Madness when in Vegas. That was nice.
1) Success.

2) Not undefeated, but a lot better than 6-0 overall for 2nd round.

If my 2009 goal were to run at -48% ROI and be down 17 units vs. expectation on game/1h bets in just 4 days, I'd have met it.

make money?

More discrimination in my bets - do more legwork before looking at lines, then stop looking at lines.

Too often I've decided there were no good bets on a fight card.. checked the odds every 6 hours for a week, and then bet on almost half the fights anyway.

Dumb luck has made this more profitable than it should have been, and I don't want to have to lose all my money to learn my lesson.
