villain 22/17/3b v btn 13/cb 3b pot 70/wtsd 26 - 1.7k hands

I'm pretty sure i should be bluffing somewhere?

should we just be betting turn & jamming river?

Hero (BTN): $100.50
SB: $100.00
BB: $100.00
CO: $102.00

Pre Flop: ($1.50) Hero is BTN with K T
1 fold, Hero raises to $2.62, SB raises to $9, 1 fold, Hero calls $6.38

Flop: ($19.00) 3 K 5 (2 players)
SB bets $11.00, Hero calls $11

Turn: ($41.00) 2 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

River: ($41.00) 7 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero?

Is KTs a good hand to smooth a 3 bet? Would rather see a 4bet or fold

A small bet on the turn or river is good.

def never rasing that flop lol. maybe we could b/f smallish on turn doesnt it look like he is giving up here quite a bit.as played im kinda of confused as to wat our river action should be.would be interested to hear wat other people think of river based on way hand played out

I would just bet turn

If you bet turn, I think you should definitely follow through on river. you can definitely rep As (AQ-AT) and apparently, he doesn't have it.

Think he might call turn w AK, KQ or QQ-TT with a spade.

meh, i'd play it the same and consider bluffing river. betting turn looks good in hindsight since we can't win now, but our hand is good quite often OTT and he only folds a few better hands (Kx/AA no spade - not many combos out of his whole range). we can't rep much bluffing the river, but people will still fold chops quite a bit at these stakes.

at terp. i know you said hindsight about betting turn. but is this a spot were we can comfortably b/f the turn like kinda real small..because were never really getting Chk/r(bluffed) on the turn are we?

Now bluff to get him fold chops? I think many aggressive players turn their whole "chopping range" to a bluff before the river. We dont rep pretty much anything and he´s call closes the action and ends the hand so he could be doing it with all spades. Bet turn/shove river (obv not if u r perceived to raise all As OTF) or check now. U should know with 1.7k sample wattodo.

spirit, you have to ask yourself why. everything you do should be with the goal of inducing a mistake.

I'd just check turn because we have showdown value and he's unlikely to fold better Kx or AA since we're expected to bluff quite often on that card. River is a clear bluff because he's chopping if he has no spades so it's likely he's pretty much always folding in that case.

i think its a fine hand to defend against a wide 3bet pre range.

def flat flop, wtf is this?

i bet half-2/3 pot on turn here almost always.

as played, i dont think ur river bet gets enough respect without the threat of another street, and gets snapped by a lot of mid spades or worse. that said, it's probably close and a reasonable bet can't be all that bad here either.
