agreed, I've been waiting forever

I've watched it here and there. I think the ep's on meth/crack etc are very interesting and sad, it's something you don't see every day. There's the one episode where the girl does meth and speedballs and she was getting naked and arguing and it was getting so ridiculous.

Do they just tell the subjects they're doing some documentary on drug use?

the one girl that sucked on air duster cans was really disturbing at times. all the girls are prostitutes in one way or another to suppor their addiction. some actual prostitutes and some just have sugar daddys or whatever.

then again u could almost make the point that most girls are prostitutes whether or not they're doing drugs.

Ok, finally, paid the school.

Long ****ing hassle.

Well I went down to the bank of america on base with my mom and step-father and tried to handle everything. As it turned out, my mom was about 900 short and she was planning on borrowing the money from my step-father, but he "forgot" his pin-number on his accounts.

Well ****-me.

It was about 1pm, and I had to pay it by 3pm, and I was running very low on options. It was getting down to taking out a short-term loan, until the teller woman suggested something smart. "well, why don't you write a check to yourself and cash it?"

WTF

I didn't know I could write ****ing checks to myself.

why didn't the other 3 ****ing idiots at the other bank mention this. If I had known I could send checks to myself I would've paid this off a ****ing week ago.

Godamnit.


Well since I don't really have a checking account, my mom wrote a check to herself, cashed it, handed me the money and I sent it.

So I owe my mom big time. I owe the teller woman. And my step-father is an *******.

Now I have to save up about 5k in 4 months for my tuition.


anyhow, I'm now *officially* in my dream school.

**** yeah.

about 6 months back I promised to buy my friends lunch if I actually got into the school, so I have to make good on that. So tomorrow, party, get wasted, and go into money-making mode

I don't know what Nair is, but putting something bad in his shampoo sounds good. Basically, mess with something your mum doesn't use. Laxatives could work but aren't bad enough, imo. (not in shampoo ldo)

Nair is designed for removing back hair or women's leg hair.
Stepdad would either end up bald or looking like he had mange.

He and my brother played on the same travel basketball team from 10 all the way to high school, so it's pretty cool to see him have such an amazing senior season

gj kil, im so glad to hear that everything worked out in the end. Although Nair in the shampoo would get back at him immediately, I'm more for subtle approaches to messing with him. Especially if he is ocd about organization (and given how strict he is, that sounds likely), you can probably convince him that he's going crazy if you're careful and creative about it. You can make random things disappear that nobody would want to take (eg random clothing items like socks), or make things like shampoo/shaving cream disappear at rates that are 5x normal. Or, you can sporadically do things that interrupt his relaxation time w/out it being possible for it to be linked to you.

For example, my dad was a dick to me and my mom when I was in high school, and direct confrontation wasn't working, so I used other tactics. Specifically, I programmed my palm pilot to control the family room TV. It was pretty powerful, so I could turn the TV off from other areas of the house. I sporadically changed the channel on him on random occasions, increase or decrease the volume, etc. This seems minor, but I heard loud profanity every time I modified the TV, and after a couple weeks of this, it eventually led to him running around the house like a madman looking for every TV remote, (regardless of brand/function) and demanding that they all be kept in the family room. If I hadn't let my mom in on the joke, she would have thought that he had lost his mind.

The key to that one is that things can't get more severe when you two get into arguments. It needs to be carefully planned, and completely unrelated to your interactions with him...otherwise he'll "just know" that you're doing it, even if he can't prove anything.
