villain is 24/16/3 (about 700h), hes a semi-regular and i think this is the first time he's 4bet me.

Not the easiest spot and i think it depends on how active we have been on the table as well, but i think i would muck this most of the time (Id muck it now) and will throw it in also some times but not much

Uhm, again i think this doesnt make too much of a difference in terms of EV if you shove or fold here and this is exactly why this spot is so marginal. I think i would just make it depend on recent table dynamics. If there was quite abit of 3-betting going on i would probably shove, otherwise i might muck it. The fact that its a squeeze situation makes me a bit more inclined to ship it in tho.

This depends a lot on villain's image of you, have you been 3betting a lot? Squeezing regularly? Is he observant enough to notice this? (I would tend to give a player with reasonable stats credit for observational skills unless I had a reason not to).

My default here would be to call, in the games I play in I don't often see AA here (although KK might be slightly more likely). To be honest I think you see AK most of time, and there's a decent overlay to call, he doesn't have to do with air/AQ/JJ that often to tilt it massively towards a call.

Edit: Whoops, for some reason I thought he shoved, that's a pretty odd bet size there. That makes it a lot closer decision. Arghhh, this is a tough spot, definitely depends on table dynamics etc. I'm inclined to agree with coldi.

ok i looked through PT for other 3bets hes made today, this was the only one....

Stack sizes:
UTG: $215.41
UTG+1: $248.39
CO: $277.96
Hero: $199
SB: $171.07
BB: $323.84

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is Button with 8 6
UTG raises to $4, 2 folds, Hero calls, SB calls, BB raises to $17, UTG calls, Hero folds, SB folds.

Flop: 3 Q 9 ($38, 2 players)
BB bets $25, UTG calls.

Turn: K ($88, 2 players)
BB checks, UTG is all-in $173.41, BB calls.

River: 7 ($434.82, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: $434.82)

Results:
Final pot: $434.82
BB shows J K
UTG shows 9 K

edit: also, the qq hand was the 2nd time id 3bet at any of his tables, the first time i 3bet a shorty w/kk, open shove a lowflop, shorty calls with AT, mhig.

Pretty marginal, but I generally shove so villains will think/know I can't be moved off hands.

thanks all. i think what coldi said about dynamics is true here.
things that made me want to shove: it was a squeeze situation and he may be 4betting lighter, this sort of goes w/what spivey said about showing you wont be moved off hands.
things that made me want to fold: he might think that i wont be raising as light seeing as he raised utg, there hadnt been a lot of 3betting at this table (make light 4bet less likely). also his bet size was kinda strange, i dunno, people like to 4bet shove ak in this spot.
anyway, i ended up folding, heres the chat that followed:

villain: ty
me: ty for what?
villain: folding
me: np, what did you have?
villain: ive forgotten already
randomdonk: lol
me: i folded KK
randomdonk: you dodged a bullet
me: I CAN DODGE BULLETS BABY!
