i was -26bi aiev in one session once. i lost $5k when my aiev line was +$200. i thin it was ~5k hands. PLO tho.

edit: lol just found my graph on photobucket and it was no where near 5k hands. it was 1600.

I am teaching my GF at these stakes. JCM694 has become a very good player recently. He mixes it up well. Often he has a big hand when he 3 bets, but I have seen him 3 bet to steal.
I used to be happy for her to play hands vs him, now I tell her just to try to stay clear. There are easier opponents.

In my opinion it is, but realistically speaking, it can get much worse. I'm still stuck 60 buyins below EV over the last 335k hands (all of it coming within the first 100k).

The worst part is the tilt that accompanies it with time. Tilt / running bad can really, really lead to disastrous sessions. And I challenge even the most level headed person to stay calm after losing 21/22 all-ins where you are at least 50% (and often 70-80%) to win. I almost feel tilted just thinking back on it now.

Anyone here running above over a meaningful sample? Don't worry...you don't have to be ashamed to admit it.

It's so ****ing annoying when you god-mode it for a day, win 10 buy-ins, go to work the next day and think about nothing but poker, then come home and run like **** which leads to playing like **** and giving a bunch of the profit from yesterday away

i believe that one's relationship with the higher being(s) in charge of luck/chance is a personal thing that one should probably keep to themselves

its almost ridiculous how many regs flat 4bets with 100bb at 100nl no matter the size, position, or frequency
