I don't think we had any history relevant to this spot.

In that kind of situation I really think I need more than stats. Its much more a reads play, IMHO. In a vacuum I think this is good.
This Q is a good and bad card at same time. Probably you are behind till river and better hands like AJ/AT/KJ should fold. AQ, AK are 3betting a good portion of time. KQ calls close to 100%, even thinking this kind of a hand stills a bluff catcher.

the board runout/this triple barrel should be very good but with a K here i'd rather just check flop and go from there. if you had T8 this would be cool

Lifeisagrind,What is in your c/c range here?

I like it if you have a clean image.

How much do you open? What does he think of you? Recent history?

In theory it's all good but those factors effect this hand more than any technical analysis of yours and his range.

Not sure I agree with most of you here. The flop & turn seem too dry to bluff river. I don't know how villian views us so it's hard to say. But what hands are we getting to fold here? AJ/AT? That seems about it. MAAAYYBBEE KJ, assuming he calls $25 on turn with K vs PFR. Or AcXc. I don't like it.

In my experience, this works a lot less often then it actually should.

river's too big imo, better runout for our range than his

    i'd go $50

    yes but count the combos.

you have a blocker to hands that you are trying to fold out
27% WTSD guy will call river a lot, esp when clubs/small SC`s missed
