Villian is 22/16/2.9. I decide to not 3 bet because we are deep and I want to keep in dominated hands. On the turn I thought about raising because his bet sizing was so small. Thanks.

You should be more inclined to 3bet pre since you're deep... a far wider variety of hands are going to call than if you were sitting at 100bb's.
Calling is ok though for a bit of balance

Flop and turn flats are good imo... though this is a decent flop to raise against a reg who is not going to give you much credit for any hands on an AKx flop... i.e. he's capable of floating/playing back super light.

River is probably a flat too... Doubtful that he'll call with AJ, though it is BvB so maybe he will call with an Ace more often than normal... If you raise the river its a raise/fold though.

i think 3b'ing preflop is a fine play since you'll be in position

raise turn for sure.

It is my understanding that we should cut down on our 3 betting when deep because 4 bet bluffing becomes so effective. I would not know wtf to do if villian was to 4 bet me in this spot.

Are you suggesting raise/call or raise/fold?

Raising the turn on a dry board IP doesn't make sense imo...

What range of hands are you doing this with? People who typically raise these turns are normally incredibly unbalanced (and thus, its easy to play against)

4b bluffing 200 BB deep is nowhere nearly as effective OOP BvB

Looks fine, you hand is relatively underrepped, he can go bananas with any AJ AT, KQ or some random bluff

Calling down is pretty standard here.

What is your action if you get 4 bet?

depends if i know the guy or not. if he's a reg, and he perceives me to 3betting this spot light at all, i call. AQs is so freaking strong

if you dont know him, look at sizing. if its massive just fold
