Hmm, marginal spot. I think you pretty clearly need to improve to win this hand.

You're getting 1.6:1 pot odds with no implied odds. Even assuming every out is clean and 2 pair/trip queens/3rd nut flush will win every time, this isn't a great call (14 outs = about 3:1 to improve). Unless he's a huge donk and shoving a) a worse one-pair hand b) a pure bluff this is not a hugely +EV call.

I don't hesitate to put the money in here. I tend to think most people that are playing on less than 100BB stacks usually suck and I'll just assume his range is Q+ along with any number of draws. The board is so drawy here you'll find you're actually far ahead more times than you'd think. Crushing KJ/TJ/8T here and with the Q high flush draw you're absolutely owning all flush draws (you're well ahead of K and A high fl draws and he's drawing stone dead with any lower fl drwas) stick the moneys in imo
