(I know...it's actually bottom set. Whoops)
Villain is 45/28 over 81 hands.
He's been rather fishy, and I've seen him check back top pair on the turn as the aggressor on a pretty dry board. I marked him as a bad valuebetter.

Flop:
- Villain fails at Cbetting and is playing pretty straightforward. I donkbet thinking he would raise twopair+ on the flop a vast portion of the time and I could quickly stack off. He would flat a great number of straight draws, and I've seen him float gutshots.
Note: Not sure if he would raise or flat an overpair, nor if he would bet-fold facing a check raise instead.
Flop okay?
Turn: Pretty much plays itself.
River:
I considered an 8, T, or K as my only scare cards (not the T as much). Is it okay to assume that, since he's pot controlling on the turn, it's rather unlikely he's value-raising worse here? KJ is basically the only worse hand that improves that could consider value-raising, but he didn't tank at all before the raise. I figured he most likely would just flat two pair, and if he raised would likely have to go into the tank for a few seconds.
And because of his fishy tendencies, I assumed I wouldn't be facing many airballs in his river raising range...
Is this a bet-call, or is a bet-fold okay here?
