Can't even stand listening to anything with autotune anymore (without puking musically) .

So sad that the human voice has to be "synthesized" to be worth anything. I love to hear the small nuances in a non-perfect performance.

What can I say... she's great, has a lot of energy and pours that out through a wide range of emotions. Most of the time she's just really happy but she can also be the most annoying creature alive.

She lives with her mother most of the week but usually comes to see daddy on weekends.

Like, if your boss knows your wasting time on random videos it will be ok but if it has swearing you'll get fired?

I feel the same way about pictures of women. Women in bikinis on beaches are not a problem, but if they take some of that bikini off it's suddenly big trouble?

TBH I wouldn't appreciate my workers looking at any pictures of women with or without beaches during work time. The same goes for funny youtube videos or lil' wayne. The latter would be particularly bad because that would also mean they have no taste.

Obviously I agree to the former. Not to the latter though. The former is bad because it can make women feel uncomfortable and it's not really about relaxation, it's about arousal.

I don't know about you but I never work to 100% concentration for 8 hours a day. When I played cards last I'd do 80 hours a month - I was not capable of concentrating at 100% for more.

When in the office I'm almost always at 75% and always reading an article somewhere or other. So I am totally relaxed when any of my reports are watching a 30 second youtube clip, as long as that isn't what they do all day long.
