Go as clever Halloween costume guy: normal clothes plus lightbulb suspended above head that you can turn on and off

Anyone here played live at Horseshoe Hammond in Indiana? Apparently it's only 20 miles from chicago, thinkin about checking it out.

I use money clamp solely because I can keep it in my front pocket and have no bulge (bulge!)

I rarely carry cash unless gambling so flaunting bills is not a issue

Wanted to go there while I was in Chicago for 9 months but cabs were like 50 bucks from downtown iirc

Spoiler:
Are we to assume Saul knew they were interested in microchips? Basically, once the bag was stolen, it got back to Abu Nazir and thus Saul planted a fake microchip in an obvious spot knowing that's what they would be interested in and only that? That was my take.

The Brody driving to Gettysburg thing really pissed me off. You're going to tell me he is the only person in the US they have that could have told this guy about the safehouse? Because Brody was the only guy he met before? Give me a break, why did he trust Brody the first time? Why couldn't they just have the same person that told him to trust Brody tell this guy to trust some other schmuck? Not to mention Brody is driving presumeably a rental around, paying for gas, being videotaped god knows where.. Would Nazir really put his #1 guy in the US in that position? I doubt it.

Finally... VINDICATION for Carrie, felt good to see her figure out she was right. Love Saul too.

Agreed. I had a tough time watching both Homeland and Dexter last night. I was also less pleased with Sunny and The League than I'd hoped to be.

In other news, I have an interview with a video conference company in an hour or so. It's an initial phone screen, but since they're a video conferencing start up, it's via video. HOW OBNOXIOUS IS THAT? Instead of being able to just chat comfortably, unshaven, unshowered, in my own room with random crap in the background, I have to find a place with a nice back drop, and go through a normal working stiff's grooming ritual.

The funny thing is that I don't even really want this job at all. It's an hour commute each way and a sales position at a start up which is the nut low.

they did this because it used to just not show any spoilers at all...not sure what the technical issue is that prevents them from showing up normally

10-16-2012 , 02:20 PM
Up 14k over the last 10 days. Couldn't have come at a better time too as I'm about to book like 12 different flights for all of my residency interviews. That combined with the cost of the wedding coming up adds up to a lot of money. Definitely good time for some run good!

By the way starting this Sunday for the next four weeks I'm going to be in San Francisco working at UCSF. If anybody wants to play some live pokers while I'm out there hit me up.

I'll try to post a graph soon. HEM hasn't been importing a lot of my hands so I got to get that figured out first. But yeah 14k down, only 86k more to go lol

I've taken breaks, changed networks, been coached, tried to work on mental game(play my C game everyday now), basically just flat out exhausted and thinking about giving up. I'm essentially confused in every spot because I've seen the top of people's ranges for so long I can't think clearly anymore. Any advice is welcomed...

Send me some run good shpanko..

Yikes that's rough shipit. Sending some rungood your way now
10-16-2012 , 05:52 PM
Shipit - just quit. I felt exactly the same before I quit. If and when online comes back to the US, give it another shot, but at this point, you're probably better off getting started building a career rather than driving yourself nuts trying to exploit rapidly diminishing edges in a contracting market.

Just my opinion as someone who's been in exactly the same spot.

Does anyone remember Snipe in his early days of 2p2? Do you even remember, Snipe? Weren't you an FTP regs thread troll, lol? I seem to remember lots of bitching.
