If villain is loose, why wouldn't you credit him with playing connectors? Or does the fact that a passive player is betting make you think villain's bluffing?

If villain is loose passive he wouldn't be semi bluffing. Loose passive call with draws. The only hands u need to worry about are AT,A8,TT,88. what range do put him on? Would he do this with an AK? Also I don't know why u call on the flop. If u do have him beat a club could scare him.

Pretty comfortable fold on turn for me if you are sure he is a fish. The only hand you're beating is AK and he almost certainly doessn't play it that way.

If he's folding a turn to a 1/2 PSB he should be folding flop. OP I think you have to make your decision on the flop. Even if he's semibluffing he's probably not going to just c/f or c/c turn.
