Bad bluff? Bad bluff?

Game is 1/1 nlhe

V1 limps, v2 raises 7x from utg plus one, all folds to hero in the BB, he flats with 45o (no spade) and utg flats. EFF stack 95, villain covers.

I will provide some context. V1 is a loose passive player who will limp calls his entire range less premium and v2 is ABC tight-weak player who has tendencies to either commit stack on top pair or just shut down when the board doesn't connect with him. Against them I was thinking I have the implied odds to call when I hit the universe and if they show any weakness I can easily outmaneuver them...

Flop (21) 3d3sTs

Hero checks, v1 checks, v2 checks.

At this point I was fairly sure v2 was in a check-fold mode with a range of AJ+ and KQ. Time to steal the pot and I can rep a ten or 3 easily that checked awaiting a cbet.

River (21) 2c

Here I turn a straight draw so...

Hero bets 15, v1 calls, v2 folds.

V2 doesn't have a 3 if not he would he raising for value and to make flush draws pay so I range him on gutshots draw, open ended draws, flush draws and low pocket pairs. I thought my perceived range is either 3 or T here.

River (51) Qc

Hero bets 30, villain tank calls and shows 77

Bad bluff? Or did my perceived range consist of too little strong hands to pull off that bluff? I thought my line made sense... I have been playing a fairly tight game which I raised with a lot of premium.

Don't try to bluff loose-passive bad players. That's the thing why are they that bad, you can value bet 3 streets and they'll call you with bottom pair. If on turn would V1 fold and V2 call than would that river bet probably work, unless he called the turn w AQ.

Thanks for reply.

However, should I bluff in this spot? And is the bet sizing inappropriate?

Well, I hate to be the guy who says fold pre, but bad hand, bad position, bad relative position, bad price, and probably even bad rake structure to boot. Hard to outmaneuver the players with these positions and stack sizes. We're barely getting odds to setmine.

Turn is totally standard obviously. OTR, I just post-oak. We have the nut low, so any hand whatsoever we can get to fold is nh us, and his range has some whiffed draws/overs. Live players rarely realize they're priced in with K-high. Hell, throwing a white chip in probably earns us the requisite 2% FE to make that play profitable.

That's what i meant. But V2 is a reg so if he check flop, than with what is he calling turn? I think the range is just too weak, to make the river bluff profitable.
