The only way this hand action can go:

open, call
pot, call
check, 1/2 pot, call
check, shove, giving you 2:1

is if Villain started with 40BB or if you opened to some huge non-standard amount PF

either way, it's pretty clear that this hand never happened and you are trolling

i think in these small stakes games, betting the turn is generally going to be better (with an aggro image that is- alot of tags will be checking this turn with alot of hands, Jx/TT/etc). checking and calling isnt that bad either though since this is definitely a floatable board and even though alot of tags don't realize it, their ranges are all screwy. as played, i think you can just flip a coin on the river. probably closer to a fold since alot of tags will chk back Jx on the river (i dont think he's sophisticated enough to turn something like Jx into a bluff...sometimes 88 or something but meh).
