Reads: Villain is some random reg, 24/20. 3bets from SB 12% and folds to 4bet 55% in total. So he prob folds around 70% OOP.

I do not know wtf he is shoving here. Can someone enlighten me?

pretty easy call pre,

chk flop, fold some % of the time, call some other % of the time. (by the looks of how you're playing your range here, i imagine you only get to the river with AxXx where Xx is lower than 7x (hence me saying call some % of the time, and fold some other). as im just going to assume you bet turn with AK/KK given your flop line).

he can be shoving AJ/JT/JQ/QT and maybe some hands to try get you to fold a chop?
