Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB ($336.40)
UTG ($640.45)
Hero ($496.50)
Button ($194)
SB ($58.85)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q, K.
UTG calls $2, Hero raises to $10, 2 folds, BB calls $8, UTG calls $8.

Flop: ($31) T, 7, 5 (3 players)
BB checks, UTG bets $31, Hero calls $31, BB calls $31.

Turn: ($124) T (3 players)
BB checks, UTG bets $124, Hero calls $124, BB folds.

River: ($372) A (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $331.5 (All-In)

Villain is 80/5/2 and super bluffy. I called the turn to do exactly what i did on the river because I'm like 100% sure he doesn't have a T here.

Moo

OMG... barf...

If he is that bluffy... just wait till you have a pair.

Wow. You floated the flop with a player to act behind you, who called the bet as well. Then when Utg fires another pot on the turn you call again with BB still behind? By the time you make it to the turn I'm going to guess that BB (who hasn't acted yet) has a 10 very often. (in which case he is not folding, and you are drawing dead) As played I guess you almost have to bluff at the river, but I think this hand was played horribly starting with your flop call.

If you're villain, what do you put a 20/18/3 player on in this situation?

If I'm villian and I am betting like that, I don't care what you have, I just want you to call because I have you crushed.

But, I am not villan. Trying to make a play on a villian that plays 80% of his hands and bluffs aggressively is a spew. He Probably doesn't even know what 20/18/3 means.

You are going about this the wrong way. Villain is likely still unsure about what he has. Or he has some money in real life and is just donking around and will say [censored] him he probably has a ten but i have to see it and call with 44.

first i thought this was gonna be a fly post. so then i was disappointed.

then i thought this might be good and i was disappointed again

OP: I really really hate every single street in this hand.

I think the flop and turn are especially awful. BB can easily, easily have a T here and in that case u just called off 60BB drawing stone dead.

The river will this guy look you up with an AJ here? with a 88 type hand ever?

If he will look you up with either of these, ever, this is just awful.

The river is the only street I like even in moderation.

Ya, you all are right, this hand is horrendous. I was super steaming last night when I posted this and looking at it now I can't even reconstruct my thought process. Anyways, villain called with J7o and put me into a tirade.
07-18-2007 , 01:12 PM

wait for a better spot???

Umm to say I hate this would be an understatement.

He's an E I G H T Y / F I V E and HE's B L U F F Y and sucks at poker.

Don't get involved, fold flop please.
07-18-2007 , 03:01 PM
you really need to wait for a spot to pick him off with. Anyone who sucks at poker isn't going to be THINKING about overpairs. They are thinking, OMG I HAVE A PAIR IM GOING TO THE RIVER MM K GGTHX.

As Doyle said to Ted Forrest in HSP "I shoulda known better than the bluff an idiot"

Horrible play flop, and even worse decision to think you're going to outplay someone who has already put in over $150+ and is dumber than rocks. What did this guy end up calling with? JT? KT?
07-18-2007 , 03:12 PM
wtf at flop. double wtf at turn

edit: wow thats the worst turn call ive ever seen especially with BB still in the hand and other guy pots. [censored]

also how the [censored] do you know BB isnt slowplaying a ten, hoping to trap the field. this is [censored] [censored] [censored]

10-29-2007 , 04:56 PM
Is there a question here, or is this just an example of how to spew chips.
