Sorry don't have HH, from memory

How bad is this?

All stacks ~200 except MP @ 100

Hero is in SB w/ 99

MP limps
BTN limps
Hero Calls
BB checks

(Pot $8) Flop: AK9

Hero Checks, BB checks, MP Checks, BTN bets $5, Hero calls $5, BB calls $5, MP calls $5

(Pot $28) Turn: K
Hero checks, BB checks, MP Checks, BTN checks

(Pot $28) River: 2
Hero checks, BB checks, MP checks, BTN Bets $22.50, Hero raises to $80

Quick thoughts: I checked first because I didn't want to show strength and let the AJ type hands fold on the turn. Same reason I didn't c/r the flop, as I considered the btn on a steal as likely as not. I knew I was letting the flush draw cheap, and I'd have given up easy had I not filled up and the flush hit on the turn. On the turn, I'm obviously excited, but my problem is it could easily look like I called with a K to anyone else - if no one else has one I will end the hand by betting a big amount so I check again. On the river, I'm hopeful someone has a K or a flush, if it's a K or a small flush, I think they'll call a bet, or call a c/r, so I check hoping to c/r.

Let me know everything wrong, it's the only way I'll learn.

Raise pf. You have to lead that flop mulitway, you can't rely on someone betting it for you. When they do you need to CR to start building a big pot. As played I'd lead the turn for about 1/2 pot so villain thinks they have the odds to draw to a flush still.

Raise preflop, as played lead for pot, bet turn, bet river and hope you get raised sometime along the way.
