Villain is a 51/16, don't have much hands on him.. on the turn I thought he donked because he was on a draw or protecting his hand.
What's my best line here on turn and if I flat here, do I flat a blank river?

I'd minarise/fold since he is mostlikely on FD and OC. If he shoves That would mean we are beat.

i would raise to 28 then check back lots of rivers villains like this will call with all their draws and tens sometimes 7's keep the iniative

if you flat you don't know what a good river for you is as he would bet any river with a 3

flatting and making a small raise are both fine. flatting is lower variance but raising is more +EV ime
