    Given your flop sizing and villian being a fish i expect 0% FE on flop. Without the Qs i would say bet, but with it i think we can afford to let him bluff of with his floats, there are not too many rivers we fear here.

    I would prefer check calling as a general, but against a passive villian i guess a check raise might be fine too. They wont bluff too many rivers with their KQo, but might call the jam with 77 or some junk.
