100nl deep - flushdraw + gutshot, flop play 100nl deep - flushdraw + gutshot, flop play

Villain plays a 20/17 abc TAG game. Seems solid, straightforward and untricky. I figured I could defend this hand pre 188bb deep.

Is checkraising the flop a good play given the stack sizes? And are we shipping when he 3-bets?

if you feel like putting in two stacks as 32%, sure
he's not doing this with aces, he has a set or NFD every time he calls it off
maybe the fact that it's 200bb helps your equity since he may just flat an NFD on the flop

not sure if we can flat the 3b, it seems like the math is complicated

Yeah, I think you make some good points there. So, is this a spot where we checkraise/get it in 100bb deep, but play it slower 188bb deep?

Edit - I guess I don't flat this 100bb deep, but assume I misclick...

dont 2bet flop if you dont know how to react when they 3bet you this deep.

id prob flat this flop ip, as played i want to flat there 3bet, i think vs there getting in range, they will have NFD/sets, which were crushed by

you should flat this 100bb deep if villain opens enough
it COMPLETELY depends on his button steal

Villain's raise 1st stat from CO is 20%, if that helps. Would you consider QTs a profitable defence 100bb deep?

I looked at my DB, suited broadways seem like a really good defense vs. a steal
so I'd probably dump vs. a nit, but defend against anyone who knows what a steal is

Sorry, but I'm tired of this "don't do X, if you don't know what to do vs. Y" pseudo-dialectic.
It's just so ****ing rare that you get 3bet on this flop as opposed to a fold or a call.

As played I would shove because I don't think he will do this with NFD very often and he can probably have a 3bet/fold range on the flop.
Flatting is an option, too, and what I would do would depend on other stats/reads on villain, tbh. (like how high his AF is, i. e. will he play raise/fold all the time, rarely calling? Is he a station who would stackoff with AA and NFD here? -> WtSD).

if im raising this flop, I already know what im going to do if they decide to 3bet it. Im saying OP should think ahead in the hand when they make there decisions, and not just click buttons then say "OH F*** he just 3bet me, time to post on 2+2" , not that op is just clicking buttons.

i don't think he has a 3 bet folding range on the flop, you just said its rare to be 3 bet so then he has value hands
