22/18 over 67 hands

Stacks:
Hero (UTG) ($104.15)
CO ($153.15)
BTN ($202.35)
SB ($78.10)
BB ($142.15)

Pre-Flop: ($1.50, 5 players) Hero is UTG 5 5
Hero raises to $3, CO calls $3, 3 folds

Flop: 10 5 5 ($7.50, 2 players)
Hero bets $4, CO calls $4

Turn: 4 ($15.50, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $9, Hero raises to $32, CO folds

rarely do this, but thinking back to the hand, it seems better than double barreling.

i'm never getting 2 streets of value from 66-99, so vbetting turn or river doesn't matter vs those hands.

he's betting all his floats here, especially with the heart on turn

i don't expect Tx and better to fold to a raise on turn, so i give myself chance to get an extra bet from him on river

are all these good reasons, even when i don't have read on villain's floating tendencies, or is double barreling much better?

just double barrel

he can call underpairs/Tx/draws vs a turn bet but can't call a x/r

im struggling to see how once we check you can defend a c/r over a c/c...

still, b/c > c/c > c/r

bet flop bigger, bet turn, bet river.

as played[turn check], raise is terrible after the check. if he has TT, you are getting all the money anyway.

I disagree... you look super strong c/r this turn. I would much rather c/c, c/r than c/r turn. You look like 99 and he might vbet tx twice whereas i think he would fold it to a c/r. He might also double barrel a float/fdraw. Or hit his overcard on the river.

Double barrel or c/c . You said it yourself that it's possible he's floating. And when he's floating you could better reraise turn with another hand like a draw or something instead of the nuts .

thanks for responses, i see c/r is terrible i didn't realize i rep so much strength when i did that. i thought i just repped a FOS line like hearts or something.

Against fish, i usually bet 2/3 - near pot on paired flops since their calling range is inelastic, but against reg, i thought it might get obvious if i started betting $4 here w/ air and like $5.5 with value hands. i know balance doesn't matter much, but i thought this betsizing tell would be too obvious and regs would see through it.
