Villain is a 23/13/2.3 with a fold to flop cbet of 36% and a fold to turn cbet of 25%, with a 3bet of 4.2% over 341 hands.

I bet the river because of his low fold to flop/turn cbet I would still get value out of KQ/KJ. Is anyone checking this river? Do you call a river bet if you do? What about my betsizing? And is anyone ever calling this river raise? Even though we're offered decent odds, I just don't see him bluffing here in this spot, and never raising anything worse for value.

I'd bet more on the turn, like 20. I like your river bet for value as I do think you're getting called by worse often. Def fold to raise readless.

Edit: The reason I bet more on the turn bc the 10 hits a lot of gutshots that he peeled with and might make him want to peel again now that he has a pair to go along w the gutshot... that and a bdfd just showed up.

IMO bit bigger on turn and bigger (likely shove) the river.

As played definitely fold to his river raise.

I think the flop and turn are fine but i'm not too sure about the river.
Do you think he could have got to the river with JT and QT?
How likely would he have raised a 2 pair hand like K9,KT and T9 on the turn?
Could he have a slow played hand until the river like 22,99,QJ ect?

I think your beat to much on the river to make a value bet unless he would fold a hand like JT and QT on the flop or turn which i don't think he can turn up on the river with a very big hand like KT and T9s. I been stoving all sorts of ranges i think villain can have and i think your behind too much. I would c/f the river unless villain made a small bet.

Thanks for all the responses. I definitely think I should've bet bigger on the turn, but I don't think I agree with shoving the river, aren't we value towning ourself alot of the time?

How about checking the turn and just calling on the river? There aren't a lot of cards that could come on the river that beat you if you aren't already beat. I like checking and calling after the flop.

lol

Hero is beating any worse K that probably woun't fold to a turn bet when he calls flop. There is also a fd out there, and we don't want to give KQ or KJ the chance to make the straight on the river. IMO op played it right, should probably have bet more on turn though.

I would personally have bet more on the turn, but other than that I think this is fine. It's a spot where, despite having no hands in his range, he really doesn't have any bluffs either, unless this is some kind of rando spaz out, which we don't have any reason to believe villain is making.

bet smaller on flop and bigger on turn and river and hands looks well played. checking the river here is really bad. in a vacuum its probably a call but i doubt anyone at ssnl bluffs like this even w ur sizing.
