1) Isolate against the fish VERY FREQUENTLY
I see this mistake made very often. A donkey, lets say VPIP over 50 limps. Our 2+2'er limps behind. This is very bad. Your range of hands for raising the weak limper with position on him should include AT LEAST the following and probably more if you play halfway decent postflop: AA-77, AK, AQ, AJ, AT, Axs, KQ, KJ, KT, QJ, QT, JT, Q9s, J9s, K9s, 9Ts....
Personally, i like to isolate alot of the bad players with alot of hands when on the button, given that i have a couple of nits in the blinds. But this will change from villian to villian, if i notice villian limp calling and then folding to cbets im going to do this alot more liberally, but i think the range listed up there is a good place to start and then slowly open.
Personally i raise up any pair from any position, maybe thats a leak... but im doing it 100% on the button with limpers. I just feel like i can outplay these people postflop, have position, and my hand will have showdown equity (usually)
