I want to make sure I'm doing the math correctly.

When the CO raises the flop I'm getting 4:1 on my money so does that mean I need at least 25% equity to call? Is a shove ok here? Do I have fold equity?

Can't view the video but 4:1 means you need 20% equity to breakeven.

Example:
We're at the river and the following happens:

Pot is 60
Your opponent bets 20

You have to call 20 to win 80 (4:1). Let x be the equity you have in the pot and 1-x your opponent's equity. Then to breakeven the equation would look like this:

x*80 - (1-x)*20 = 0
100*x -20 = 0
x = 1/5 = .20

Conveeting to a percentage: .20*100 = 20%

I wouldn't stack off on the flop bc we are not getting called by worse, especially that we block a part of his bluffing range with our Kd.

Most people don't bluff raise that often on the flop so I'd say his range is value heavy, meaning that we don't necessarily have to defend our betting range on the flop in order to not get exploited. But if villain is raising flops a lot, AK would just be a call.

Also you need 20% equity as stated above and not 25%. Calling the flop raise just to nut mine would be unprofitable with our 8 outs.
