What is Standard PLO Rake? What is Standard PLO Rake?

I've never paid attention, but decided to have a look at what has been raked in the games I've been playing the past few months.

Is 34bb/100 standard?

It's super high. I pay around 12bb/100 on PLO5 Zoom.
What's your rakeback?

Rake bb/100 depends on playing style. If the population in your example plays very loose I think 34/100 is possible.

More important is, how much have you paid in these games.

I play PLO50 with vpip 26 and I pay around 11bb/100. In my games there are lots of 90 vpip guys, so I guess the total rake paid is much much higher.

The Horizon network PLO10 was like 30 bb/100 as they were (not since later perhaps) loose and the rake was higher, like 6% up to some amount, I think. Their PLO20 was like 20 bb/100. PLO50 was playable. NLH rake also was high 20 and below.

Winamax has 5.75% rake, and they are overall loose. Someone wrote he paid 23 bb/100 at some micro there, I think. A possible place to play 5 card PLO, combined to Stars, and some crypto site might run it (with lower rake) and it was popular years ago.

From micro to mid, Stars has around 10bb/100 rake as they have a reduced percentage or/and a cap. The rake is the lowest at PLO2 and PLO200. Not sure if one should play PLO10 to 50 here (the zooms, that's more realistic). Should be the opposite that they take less rake at low limits and more at micros, dropping level by level up. But as it is, a good place for PLO2 to 5 zoom, after one might start to think about other places.

The Stars' regular games have often been good but I doubt my ability to win at them anymore though I got top good at it at Horizon (then Cake) and at Stars' loose PLO10 regular tables already years ago and was rolling up to PLO25 and 50 as so. It is a waste of time but when one is a new player and rolling up.

Stars.es has a 5% zoom rake, higher regular rake. Makes little sense to play here if one can play at Stars.eu, though the low and mid zoom is running with regularity and the rake is reasonable by their standards and maybe they get a bit VIPs also (the "alien" countries won't - so ridiculous as they are so tiny, but really, they like their aliens at their tourneys instead). NO RIT nor cashout at .es.

WPN has a full rake with 27% (if flat) rakeback and the lowest (and up to only) PLO zoom (rapid, fast) that runs sometimes seemed to be PLO10 (mobile can play only zoom, and jackpot). Stars might have some rakeback also and overall, doesn't look like the rake is any lower at WPN but when the Stars' reduced cap doesn't help anymore. Some potential to grind up here the regular tables' path. There are tables running when they might stop running in Europe. The limit rake is low like at Stars, but the PLO rake is maximum.

Party has some potential but their PLO has trouble running especially during low times and the zoom runs or doesn't run. The rake is maximum, so the rakeback needs to be considerable (can be) to make it worth playing PLO here, meaning not for micro and not necessarily for low limit either.

Party.es/fr (you won't get there) has like a 6.5% rake? (like the old Winamax) though one can get an affiliate deal that might make it playable together with their VIPs - that are half of those one can get under .eu, depending on country perhaps.

GGnetwork, the rakeback seems to have been dropped too much, even if one has an affiliate deal, as they might not be the same percentage anymore, but haven't checked it personally. Used to be playable as rake up to PLO100 with a good deal. No PLO zoom and the lowest is PLO10. A good chance to get banned here (at 200+ only?) if one is a winning player, that as so might not be a top worry at their PLO tables but still risky, though one gets a warning first and then cashes out.

RIO has the lowest as PLO10 and the rakeback was better before they created their VIP system that all loved more. PLO50 was popular here a long time but haven't looked in here since the drop in rakeback as I wasn't a grinder here and not keeping an eye open for promotions when it can be better.

Chico, lowest PLO10, and runs with at least a couple of tables maybe up to PLO100, depending on if the bots are on, and some PLO500. 5.5% rake and maybe a tough to achieve 10% or so rakeback (Winamax has some rakeback also). Accepts many countries, like WPN partly (and if grandfathered, maybe one can play from anywhere as one has been verified, but not sure).

For what it's worth the original screenshot I posted is not correct in calculating total rake I don't believe. I set my rakeback to 100% and got the following #s:

PLO10:
15784 hands played
$460.55 paid in rake
29.1bb/100

PLO25:
26302 hand played
$1769 rake paid
26.9bb/100

PLO50:
8475 hands played
$1043.14 in rake paid
24.6bb/100

I was playing pretty loose over that sample, 40 VPIP, so it would probably be quite a bit less for tighter players.
