I'd say fold.

This is very nutted line.

Yes, you do have a blocker. Yes, it's tempting to call.

But look at the hand from villain's perspective: you x/r the flop, pot the turn. You look incredibly strong. And then he donk shoves the river. Well, I doubt, that people are capable tu turn 1h hands into a bluff. Also, after this action, he has all the hearts in his range.

And what would he bluff here with? You even block KJ, KT...

Let's see what others has to say, because I don't play 6max. And maybe my analysis is way off.

Thank you that makes a lot of sense.

Pretty similar spot I think;

Original hand:

I'm 98% sure this needs to be a fold preflop. As played, flop raise MIGHT be okay but UTG is going to be AA-heavy and otherwise healthy on this flop. With Kh (and serious value-cut possibilities vs AA), I'd much prefer to call so turn my hand into a bluff if the flush comes and FH+ doesn't. Turn pot makes sense. River is ultimately an MDF sort of math problem; I suspect calling is okay but I'm not sure. (Even if it's not okay, I'm probably rolling my eyes and calling. But I also want to emphasize that we made a questionable preflop VPIP and flop raise to end up here. Mistakes on early streets can compound.)

Next hand:

If your opponents had used non-min sizes, I hope you agree this combo is a snap fold preflop. As-is, I'm probably just folding with PLO5 rake. It's just too marginal and the situation is too awkward.

Flop and turn are good.

I'm folding this river. Just thinking through micro player tendencies, I'd be very surprised if SB is 3betting much wider than AA and their turn continuing range should have filled up pretty often here. A spade bluff is possible, but eh.

Even in solverland, I'd be surprised if we call without any FH blocker here. Keep in mind the price isn't as good as the first hand you posted, and villain's range is much stronger.

Grunch:

Flop is a clear flat to me. We can raise some frequency, but Q without an ace, especially with Kh blocker which highly favors flatting (better playability flatted), is not going to be a raise.

Fold river.

Hand 2:

This is very much not a similar spot because the range composition earlier street are very different.

Pre is... why...?

Flop is a fold. You barely have the equity to call even if you're guaranteed to not be dominated or blocked. You're 3 way, there could be a jam, and, even if you don't get jammed, you're very likely to be dominated or covered, or even when you hit, they'll have combo redraws and have really good equity.

River easy fold.

It's the same in both spots in that it's really hard for your opponent to have a hand to bluff here, and you don't block them (enough).

Ungrunch:

KQQ9r is a +485 call, actually. These hands work really well multiway IP. The suit matters less multiway anyway.
