I want to learn PLO while I play NLHE as well. I don't know where to begin...As a beginner I'd like a structured video program or book I can read to get information and begin beating microstakes. I know NLHE has these, but plo is much further behind.

Is PLO Quickpro or PLO University a good buy? What kind of stuff do you guys recommend?

My two cents (opinions will vary):

Google "Tune in, bet pot, cash out" - it's an e-book

How not to suck at uPLO the five commandments: http://www.pokerlistings.com/how-to-...e-commandments
PLO tips for busy grinders (Doug Polk)
Jeff Hwang's Pot-Limit Omaha Poker (book)
pokerstrategy.com Equilab Omaha - free tool
PokerProTools Odds Oracle - EXPENSIVE tool but very powerful

The two biggest differences you will see between NLHE and PLO:

1. PLO is so much more fun that going back to NLHE will feel like pulling teeth.
2. Swings in PLO make swings in NLHE look like a straight line. 10BI upswings and downswings in PLO happen all the time.
